I have always likes Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken. It's delicious for snack or with rice.

Here's my recipe for Popcorn Chicken:
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thigh or breast(your preference)
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet cooking rice wine
3 tblsp white pepper
1 tblsp Chinese five spice powder
2 whole garlic clove, minced
2 tblsp brown or white sugar
2 tblsp sesame oil
Corn or Potato Starch for coating

Instructions:
1) mix all the ingredients to marinate the chicken together first until smell good.

2) Leave the chicken with the marinade for an hour or so.

3) Heat up the oil to the right frying temperature.

4) Coat the chicken with the corn or potato starch and deep fry in small batches until golden brown.

5) After finishing, sprinkle some extra hot pepper or salt on the popcorn chicken.

and Enjoy.... =)
